Pastor Lyddale Akins

Pastor Lyddale Akins formerly served as a Minister to Youth at The Cathedral Assembly by the Shore in Asbury Park, New Jersey, and served as a Staff Youth Pastor of New Hope Baptist Church, East Orange New Jersey. Pastor Akins pioneered and began his ministry as a small house church called House of Prayer in 2006 in Asbury Park, New Jersey. The Lord open a door for his growing ministry to link with another ministry that was struggling, which lead him to merge his ministry and serve as the Pastor at Triumphant Life Church Assembly of God in Asbury Park, New Jersey.

Pastor Akins educational background consist of a Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology, at Kean University in New Jersey and he has being actively working on his Biblical Education at Berean Bible College (Global University) and some course work at NYAK Alliance Theological Seminary.

Pastor Akins passion is to inspire and motivate people to realize their spiritual destiny. He has a message and method that crosses generation and offers a practical approach that challenges the scholarly and yet is easily understood by those who seek a simple message. Through relevant teaching he Introduce people to Jesus, Inspire them to worship God, Integrates them into the life of the Church, Instruct them in the process of Christian growth, and Inflames them with the passion to serve Jesus Christ!

Pastor Akins has been married to Traci for the past nine years and the father of Nia & Nehemiah. He along with his wife are championing the efforts to reshape the church’s role in the community, by instructing people in a lifestyle of spiritual worship, social awareness, economic empowerment and community service.
